Refund & Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions

Pharos paid plans are billed monthly in advance. Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel.

How to Cancel

You can cancel at any time from Billing in your Pharos account (Manage Subscription), or by emailing hello@pharos.legal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access to paid features until then, and you will not be charged again afterward.

Refunds

Because Pharos is a digital service billed monthly, payments are generally non-refundable, and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial months, unused time, or seats. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 30 days and we will review the charge in good faith. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable law.

Seat Changes

When you add or remove attorney seats mid-cycle, your payment processor automatically prorates the difference on your next invoice. Removing a seat reduces future charges; it does not generate a cash refund for the current period.

Free Plan

The Free plan involves no charges and can be used or stopped at any time.

Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we may retry it and may suspend paid features until payment succeeds. Your data is retained during this period in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
